The Motobilt shock towers are made out of thick 1/4 inch steel plate that is CNC cut and bent. This kit is designed to be used with coil over shocks in the 2.0 size. This is a cut in frame design. This means you would cut a notch into your frame to mount these. This is done to give you the clearance you need to run large coil over shocks on a traditional frame such as a Jeep.
