Overview

At Yittzy Offroad, we work directly with manufacturers and authorized distributors to ship Jeep parts and accessories to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4-10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier conditions. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Most orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping on eligible items, clearly marked on the product page
  • Standard Shipping: Rates vary by product and are calculated at checkout
  • Oversized / Freight Items: Large or heavy items such as bumpers, roof racks, and suspension kits may require freight shipping and are not eligible for free shipping. Freight shipping costs are quoted at checkout based on the item dimensions, weight, and your delivery address.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

You can also check your order status by logging into your Yittzy account.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on the product size, weight, and your delivery location to ensure the best combination of speed and cost.

Please note that the carrier is determined by the supplier fulfilling your order, and may vary by item.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you will be notified as each one ships. You will only be charged for shipping once at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

For damaged shipments, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding any materials. This helps us file a claim with the carrier.
