How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please follow one of these methods:

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to service@yittzy.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • A statement requesting deletion of your personal data

Method 2: Account Settings

If you have a Yittzy account, you can request data deletion through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Yittzy account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your request

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete:

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • Saved addresses and payment methods
  • Saved vehicle information
  • Build lists and wishlists
  • Marketing preferences and subscriptions
  • Chat history and support tickets

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legal and business purposes, including:

  • Order history and transaction records (required for tax and legal compliance)
  • Communications related to orders or disputes
  • Data necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our terms

Processing Time
