The Motobilt Jeep YJ TJ spare tire delete kit bolts in place of the factory spare tire mount. Also it reuses the factory hardware. The part is fabricated from 14 GA steel plate. Some people refer to this part as a tramp stamp. One of the main features of this part is the raised section where the tag bolts on. This allows the vent to stay in place on the tailgate. The tag mount surface has a notch cut to allow for tag light wiring to clear. The bottom side of the plate features an integrated bottle opener. You just never know when you may need a bottle opener when out camping.
