One of the biggest weaknesses of GM's IFS (Independent Front Suspension) is that of the tie rods. All too often, we see customers with broken tie rods, and especially as truck owners lift the trucks, install larger tires, and put it through turmoil in four wheel drive, these shafts are a common breakage. Fortunately, the fix is EASY! Installing a set of Fleece tie rod sleeves will alleviate these issues! Designed specifically for the Colorado and Canyon, these tie rod sleeves keep the weak factory tie rods from bending under the added stress of lifted torsion bars, increased horsepower and torque, and aggressive tires.
