Unlike intercooler cores the Cold Case extruded tube mirrors those of a standard radiator giving them an aero advantage, while raising the burst strength to 100psi and adding much needed torsional rigidity to handle extreme off roading demands. Tube surface area and fin per inch count closely resemble our standard cores so cooling efficiency remains very high and much improved over stock replacement radiators.
