Designed to Perform ALL BBK F150 exhaust headers are manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent primary tubing along with 3/8" thick laser cut header flanges to prevent heat distortion. The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted exhaust flow for major horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested at the factory to ensure leak free performance.
