If you’ve modified your spare tire carrier—or added bigger wheels, deeper rims, spacers, or an aftermarket carrier—you may have increased the distance between your spare tire and hitch.

For the GRUNT spare-tire cargo carrier to attach correctly, the distance from the center of your spare tire to the top of your 2" hitch receiver must be 25 inches or less. Anything above 25 inches will position the GRUNT too high for the load handler to engage properly.

The feet extension set solves this by adding up to 3 inches of vertical adjustment, restoring proper positioning so the GRUNT mounts securely even on modified setups. Each set includes two heavy-duty extensions built to handle off-road vibration, oversized tires, and daily use.
