AEV's Jeep JL/Gladiator Jack Base provides 3-1/2 inches of additional lift height to the stock Wrangler's "scissor" jack
– allowing tires of up to 37" to be changed with ease and stability. Many people don't realize that the stock jack won't work to change larger tires until it's too late, leaving them stranded on the side of the road or even worse, on the trail. The AEV Jack Base has a large 7.5" x 10.5" footprint to provide better stability in off-road and soft soil conditions when using the factory jack or even a Hi-Lift jack. It can also double as a wheel chock in order to prevent a disabled vehicle or trailer from rolling. This Jack Base fits neatly into the JL's rear floor compartment/under the Gladiator's rear seat when not in use, also includes molded-in nutserts to attach directly to a Hi-Lift jack. If your Wrangler doesn't have a rear storage compartment or you want an alternative mounting location, AEV also offers an optional Under Dash Mounting Kit. This Jeep Gladiator jack mount kit allows your Jack Base to conveniently mount under the dashboard on the passenger side of LHD Wrangler and Gladiator models.
